As I have continued to sit in my pause…I have realized how much I desire to connect with all of you who have chosen to join me in this space. I want to support you in every way I can, in a way that is *easy* for you to consume in your hectic mothering days.
I love to write longer form posts, sharing the details of *attempting* to prioritize my mental health and learning to embrace a more intentional motherhood journey.
BUT…the fact is you might not be able to read a longer post from me each week. AND…I may not be able to write the full post that I desire each week either.
As we dive head first into the holiday season, there is even less time to create and read or even listen to content.
So… I am trying something new…
OFF OF SUBSTACK.
There are many reasons for this, as I shared in my most recent Motherhood Mash-Up, this place is starting to feel a little over-stimulating. After today, I have decided to no longer use “Notes” for the rest of the year, even though I wasn’t on there much regarding sharing. But I did scroll, like, and comment. And honestly, I just don’t have the mental space for that right now. I do not want another social media type of app to keep up with, and I do not want that ridiculous FOMO feeling to creep in if I am not sharing other’s work or commenting and whatnot.
My mission is to SUPPORT you in finding practical ways to nourish your body mind and soul, to live intentionally within your home, and to find joy in the daily chaos.

what to expect…
Starting on Monday, each week this month, you will get a *mini* Monday Motherhood Mash-Up. This email will be sent through my other email server. You will receive tips for intuitive, intentional, and holistic motherhood— think of the original mash-up but bite-sized. It will vary each week…some of the things you might see::
A quote, poem, or scripture for reflection
A journal prompt
A grounding ritual
A recipe
A seasonal craft or intentional family activity
A favorite product
Reading, music, or show recommendation (for mom, or littles, or both)
Links to new blog posts from the main WRM blog
